Yuantong Temple-The Earliest Goddess of Mercy Temple in China
Yuantong Temple was begun to construct during Nanzhao times of Tang Dynasty Nanzhao, it's one of the earliest Goddess of Mercy temples in China. The layout of the temple is quiet unique, there are fine colorful sculptures, solemn palace walls, colored glaze tiles, which form a unique Buddhism temple style consisting waterside-pavilion type and pond-courtyard style. Yuantong Temple is a famous Buddhism culture Holy Land and scenic site, the Specialist character of which is that halls of three faction of Buddhism are all in a temple.
The Golden Palace-The biggest copper palace in China
The Golden Palace is a Taoism temple, situated in the Mingfeng Mountain, Which was built in Kangxi Ten year of Qing Dynasty Ten (in 1671). The Hall of Taihe was wholly cast by copper casting, which weighs about 250 tons, is the biggest copper hall in China reserved; it's also a national important cultural relic. There are tall pines and rare flowers in the park. It also enjoys a reputation of paradise on the ground.
