Haigeng Park locates in Dianchi Lake National Resort which is about 10 km away from the downtown of Kunming. The park is at the north shore of the Dianchi Lake. In its west part is the ropeway to West Mt Park while in the north is Yunnan Nationalities Village. From the park, one can admire the West Mt at the west shore of the Lake and the Park is one of the main places to watch seagulls in Kunming in winter.
