IC cards are frequently used in the special telephones (installed at the streets, without attendants). Sold in many stores at the streets, IC card with face values of 50 Yuan, 100 Yuan and 200 Yuan are rather cheap ways of distance calls. Only 0.30 Yuan is charged for the first three minutes of each local call, time over 3 minutes is charged at the price of 0.10 Yuan per minute.
